Grade Three FaithWork Guide
FaithWork is an important part of a child's learning. As explained in the FaithWork Handbook, most assignments will be new information. It is important to work together, parent and child, so they can understand the new subjects thoroughly. It will be very rewarding to both to be able to share this walk on one's faith journey.
So that the FaithWork is completed correctly, follow this guide.
If a chapter in the book is assigned, the parent and child should read it together.
Discuss all the questions, such as: Let's Begin Activity, Share Your Faith Activity, and any questions throughout the chapter.
Young Learners must complete, inhis or her won handwriting, Connect Your Faith Activity and the Chapter Review and Apply, parts A & B.
Read over the Family Faith page, paying special attention to the Catholics Believe and People of Faith.
Worksheets should be completed as per the directions.
All FaithWork will be checked at each class to be sure it is completed. All work listed on the Syllabus is expected to be completed even if classes are canceled or the learner is absent. Feel free to contact the catechist with questions or concerns.
